INSTRUCTIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCY SKILLS THEORY IN MODERN TEACHING

The study aims to identify the contribution of instructional skills and competency theory in modern teaching as classroom management, delivery, formative assessment, personal competency, flexibility adaptability, facilitation engagement, collaboration teamwork, communication interpersonal skills, caring inclusiveness, organization planning. research design utilizes descriptive correlational method because it generates refines knowledge on teaching. Hence, convenience non-probability sampling are employed study. It provides inclusion gathering sample size comprised sixty (60) respondents only.
