INSTRUCTIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCY SKILLS THEORY IN MODERN TEACHING

The study aims to identify the contribution of instructional skills and competency theory in modern teaching as classroom management, delivery, formative assessment, personal competency, flexibility adaptability, facilitation engagement, collaboration teamwork, communication interpersonal skills, caring inclusiveness, organization planning. research design utilizes descriptive correlational method because it generates refines knowledge on teaching. Hence, convenience non-probability sampling are employed study. It provides inclusion gathering sample size comprised sixty (60) respondents only. Results show that approaches practices support learning routine students for dynamic behavior minimize emotional exhaustion beneficial fostering strategy higher-quality management. influences development process network, resources. changes adjusted curriculum, methods technology. demonstrates understanding proper plan, process, pace time demand prioritizing realistic implement individualized resources process.
